As an Alliance Business Development Lead, you will be a catalyst for alliance success. You will have the opportunity to lead development, execution, and management of key business development activities, projects, and programs, ensuring our partnerships flourish and yield exceptional results.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Business development and sales signings of Kyndryl’s services in Japan involving multiple offerings across multiple platforms and technologies and industries.
- Driving the development and growth of strategic alliances with Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft & Google), working collaboratively to create new offerings and opportunities, elevating Kyndryl’s presence in the market.
- Creating and executing engaging go-to-market strategies, ensuring our partnerships deliver outstanding value and results.
- Collaborating with local and global practice teams, including subject matter experts, to recommend solutions that fit customer needs and collaborate with local and global teams supporting Japan clients.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with alliance partners, local Japanese clients, and Kyndryl’s local and global teams, guiding large-scale transformation programs that address real business challenges for our customers.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $112,200 to $220,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement. This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
