Sr. Sales Administration Specialist (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources including Security Data, RFP team, and third-party firms for the execution of and information security assessments.
• Coordinate client visits including facility tour, transportation, meeting materials, arranging technical support, marketing materials and giveaways.
• Support ongoing territory alignment process providing reports for account transfers.
• Review BroadForce issuer sales accounts to certify data integrity.
• Provide Issuer Sales specific BroadForce training of new users as well as ongoing support to entire team.
• Act as primary back up support for Sales Planning Coordinator with regard to in the creation of client contracts.
• This Administrator also provides back-up support to the Manager of Sales Support with routine administrative tasks including procurement, expenses, and new associate onboarding.  
• Additional projects as requested.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft suite and with Smartsheets
• Ability to learn new technical databases including Broadridge’s Salesforce platform
• Ability to think creatively to use Broadforce reporting to generate opportunities for sales
• Ability to learn basic legal and information security concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and clients
• Flexibility to handle multiple duties with the possibility of changing priorities and deadlines
• Well-organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, with ability to work independently
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

Salary Range $35.00 - $40.00/hourly. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
