About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to join our Amsterdam team and support the success of our Sales organization. You’ll focus on helping new Account Executives ramp up quickly, while also supporting the ongoing development of tenured team members.
As part of the Commercial Enablement team, you’ll own and deliver our new hire onboarding program, create engaging training experiences, and work closely with Sales Managers and Product Champions to roll out updates and improve performance. You’ll also play a key role in gathering feedback, measuring training impact, and iterating to meet evolving business needs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s energized by leading sessions, solving problems, and being a go-to resource for both new hires and experienced reps. You’ll help shape how we train, support, and scale our team—while making a real impact on FareHarbor’s continued growth.
What you’ll do here:
- Own and deliver the onboarding experience for new Account Executives, including scheduling, curriculum development, and coordination of internal facilitators.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtual, focused on onboarding and skill development.
- Continuously improve onboarding by gathering feedback, tracking outcomes, and iterating on content and delivery.
- Create and maintain role-specific training materials for both new hires and tenured AEs, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Sales Managers to design and deliver targeted training sessions and roll out new initiatives.
- Support the adoption of new tools, features, and processes by equipping the sales team with clear, practical guidance.
- Manage training documentation across platforms (LMS, Sales Help Pages, shared drives), ensuring content is well-organized and easily accessible.
- Contribute to product enablement by creating training materials for new features and coordinating with regional sales leaders and Product Champions.
- Empower AEs to be self-sufficient by helping them understand how to access the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales training experience, or 3+ years of sales experience and prior training experience
