Senior Service Manager (f/m/d) IT

We’re happy to receive applications in English or German.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Your tasks:</b></p> <p>You take responsibility for daily service delivery of our data platform, ensuring tracking and adherence to process SLAs, audits and KPIs. You manage the incident- and problem management processes in order to resolve IT issues promptly according to SLAs.
