With more than 94,000 employees, we operate a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.</strong> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>The Sr. Analyst, HR Technology (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.</li><li>Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.</li><li>The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).</li><li> S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday</li><li>As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include: Serve as the subject matter expert on one or more Workday functional areas.</li><li>Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday.</li><li>Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience. Resolves defects in configuration.</li><li>Complies with the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies and supporting objectives including, but not limited to:</li><li>Demonstrates strong obligation to SGS QHSEE policies, procedures and work instructions by actively participating in meetings, projects and events, completes required training, intervenes in unsafe situations, refuses unsafe work, and complies fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to HSEE</li><li>Perform appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assists other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace</li><li>Disposes or directs the disposal of waste generated as a part of daily work performed in a safe manner and in compliance with the disposal regulations and requirements, and in accordance with SGS Environmental Management System requirements</li><li>Reports all incidents, including near misses and hazards, that may affect the achievement of QHSEE objectives in accordance with SGS Incident Reporting and Management requirements</li><li>Efficiently uses all equipment, including safety equipment, and company owned property in the manner intended and reports any damaged / lost equipment to immediate superior</li><li>Maintains a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines</li><li>Maintains awareness of the safety and health related hazards and environmental aspects and proposes action plans to control the risks to immediate superior or QHSEE Coordinators</li><li>Actively participates in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management</li><li>Fulfills the requirements needed in the success of the QHSEE Management System</li><li>Recognizes the potential consequences of not following the established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including not fulfilling the organization’s compliance obligations</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>An HR Professional with a strong mix of functional HR knowledge and Workday configuration and solutions development expertise.</li><li>An industry professional who is interested and stays informed about HR Technology trends and best practices. Knows and loves Workday.</li><li>Fundamentally, an HR Professional who understands business requirements and desired outcomes, and takes initiative to do what needs to be done.</li><li>Creative. Brings solutions to the table when confronted with challenges and problems.</li><li>Puts themselves in the shoes of the end-user while developing solutions.</li><li>Process-oriented, but understands that processes are a means to an end - not the end itself</li><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Has high character and always acts with integrity.</li><li>A confident professional who offers points of view while also listening and considering the perspectives of others.</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years total professional experience</li><li>Bachelors Required</li><li>Large, matrix global organization experience strongly preferred</li><li>Proficient in English, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills are a mustr</li><li>Required Skills:</li><li>Workday configuration and solutions development experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HCM, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytic</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Workschedule: Hybrid 2x a month reporting </p>
