Zscaler’s purpose-built security platform puts a company’s defenses and controls where the connections occur—the internet—so that every connection is fast and secure, no matter how or where users connect or where their applications and workloads reside.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Position: Sr. Director, GTM Applications</strong></p><p><strong>Location: San Jose, CA</strong></p><p>The Sr. Director of GTM Applications is responsible for leading the development and execution of GTM (Go-to-Market) automation strategies and solutions, with a focus on driving business engagement,  CRM/CPQ, and innovative solutions for nonstandard GTM motions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.</li><li>Drive business engagement, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to drive results.</li><li>Provide strategic direction and leadership for the development and delivery of innovative CRM and CPQ solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide thought leadership and strategic direction to address these needs through technology solutions.</li><li>Stay current with market trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and best practices to the organization.</li><li>Develop and manage budgets, plans, and resource allocation for GTM applications, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications/Your Background:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in leading GTM automation, with a strong background in delivering CRM and CPQ solutions.</li><li>Proven track record of business engagement, leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and develop effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with budget development and management, with a strong understanding of financial and resource allocation strategies.</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Consulting background from a big 4 is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>The base salary range for this full-time position is $169,500 to $230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.<br/> <br/> Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
