Senior Data Management and Analytics Project Manager

T2 Tech is recruiting for a Senior Data Management and Analytics Project Manager on behalf of their prestigious client in Los Angeles. This hospital is a leader in the healthcare space as well as a premier teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Support all projects needs of the Chief Enterprise Data Office
• Provide project management processes and structures to multiple projects while balancing competing priorities.
• Support the planning, design and build of processes and systems on time and within budget.
• Develop and define user/organizational requirements by working with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Document workflows and process maps for key data governance and data delivery workflows and structures.
• Work directly with project teams to plan and document tasks, schedules, costs, key activities and roles.
• Develop plans and track their execution through final production delivery and transition to an operational state.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years previous project management experience
• Experience managing data analytics or data management projects
• EXCELLENT communication, interpersonal and customer support skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment

Desired Requirements

• Experience building data request intake and management processes
• Ability to understand technical components of projects
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
• Experience working within healthcare provider organizations such as hospitals, medical centers, or health systems.
• Experience interfacing directly with hospital staff (clinical and stakeholders)

Benefits

Salary range: $120k-$160k
