Part-time Data Analyst Engineer

Responsibilities

Peraton currently is seeking a Part-time Data Analyst Engineer to provide support to a Department of Defense organization.

 

This part-time position is ~20-24 hours a week

Location: Remote. *This is a fully remote/telework opportunity.

 

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Design, develop and maintain applications in Palantir Foundry using Python, PySpark, and Typescript
• Develop workflows, data pipelines and integrations with Foundry tools and APIs
• Import and sync to various data sources, clean data, and fix data quality issues of existing pipelines.
• Develop and implement machine learning and NLP models for production utilizing existing data pipelines for deployment.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and secure data handling.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years with BS/BA degree; 6 years of relavent experience without a degree.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of programming or web development.
• Experience with data engineering, leveraging enterprise data platforms.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experience with data science and machine learning.
• Experience supporting DoD customers.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
