Responsible for overall dust management including meeting OSHA requirements for preventing, controlling, and eliminating dust generated by production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Duties involve working from assignments and/or verbal instructions.
• Perform building and equipment repairs using hand tools, power tools, utilizing a variety of powered and non-powered equipment (e.g., scissor lifts and forklifts)
• Gather supplies needed for the day. 
• Assist with troubleshooting various issues with building systems.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual conditions to proper supervision.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs. 
• Ability to push/pull heavy objects. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods. 
• Ability to work with hands for an extended period.  
• Knowledge of the department area. 
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team. 

Desired Characteristics

• High School Diploma, GED, or related work experience.

• Interpersonal and communication skills 

Shift Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Wage: $21.05-$23.00
