We are seeking a motivated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the company’s executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Personal Assistant, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
• Coordinate events and special projects for the executive team.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
