Job Description Summary:

Reporting to our SVP, Global Risk – Common Platforms Product, the Senior Director of Product Management will lead the development and execution of the Global Risk Management AI Platform to enable scalable, efficient, and innovative AI-driven solutions. This executive leader will be pivotal to shaping the future of our Core AI infrastructure, AI offerings, and programmatic interfaces, ensuring that our platform accelerates LLM/agent-based product development, machine learning (ML) innovations, and next-generation AI-driven experiences. This key leader will define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for our AI Platform, driving innovation. He or she will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and developer-friendly AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Platform & Infrastructure Strategy

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving AI/ML capabilities.
• Lead the development of LLM and agent-based products, optimizing model distillation, fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering for real-world applications.
• Drive programmatic API development for seamless integration of AI services across products.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI models, leveraging compute-efficient architectures and inference optimizations.
• Collaborate with engineering on MLOps, model monitoring, bias detection, and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment.

Building Next-Gen AI/ML Capabilities

• Develop strategies for multi-modal AI (text, speech, vision, structured data) to power next-generation AI-driven experiences.
• Work closely with teams to translate cutting-edge ML advancements into scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, explainability, and ethical AI development, addressing challenges like bias, hallucination, and drift management.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

• Partner with engineering, data science, security, and infrastructure teams to build developer-friendly AI tools, model serving pipelines, and inference APIs.
• Align AI initiatives with broader SaaS product strategies, ensuring AI is embedded seamlessly into our platform offerings.
• Own the AI-powered product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration into customer-facing applications.

Customer & Developer-Centric
