Development Lead Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Apigee-based frameworks, Node.js, Oracle, and preferably Java Spring Boot. This role will involve leading and coordinating a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions. Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable solutions within the Apigee-based framework, Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot environments.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence.Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines.Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and performance requirements.Identify and address technical challenges and issues, proposing effective solutions and strategies to optimize system performance and functionality.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and user guides, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication across teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a shared commitment to achieving project goals and objectives. Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Development Lead with expertise in Apigee-based frameworks, Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot.Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications within the Apigee platform and integrating with Node.js, Oracle, and Java Spring Boot technologies.Excellent understanding of database management and optimization within Oracle environments.Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and a strong commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives and goals.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address complex technical challenges and issues effectively.Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and innovation.Join our team and be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality software solutions.
