Solventum is seeking Material Handler candidates to join our team in Eden Prairie MN!

• Starting Pay: $26.75
• Shift: 1st (5am – 1:30pm)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Material Handler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Performing required tasks in the shipping, receiving, and warehouse departments
• Operating powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks
• Operating in a team-based environment
• Moving material using pallet jacks
• Receiving incoming goods & shipping outgoing product

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Two (2) years of warehouse & forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or short notice shift coverage as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Associates degree
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience
• Lean manufacturing experience
