Role reports to: Senior Marketing Leader
Location: Summit, NJ
Travel: Up to 10%
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors
What you will do
The Senior Brand Manager, Allergy Innovation is responsible for shaping and delivering the 3-year innovation pipeline through the assigned brand’s global brand development team with a strong outside-in focus. This position will own and drive development of new product, claims, and commercial innovation, plus lifecycle management projects in partnership with a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, design, and marketing. In addition, this position will help develop brand growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
· Strengthen global allergy pipeline health (sufficiency, freshness index, risk profile) by advancing new product innovation, new claims, and commercial innovation.
· Own specific innovation initiatives, validating their feasibility, continuously assessing their viability in the marketplace, and steering them through the development and governance processes.
· Ensure priority market alignment to global strategy and prioritized opportunity spaces for innovation.
· Lead cross-functional project teams through human-centered innovation process, keeping all partners engaged and delivering key results.
· Develop and validate reason for pursuing innovation projects including size of prize, incrementality, and strategic role in brand portfolio.
· Influence innovation priorities and resource allocation within priority markets based on operating plan priorities and innovation potential.
