What You Will Do:

Core Responsibilities
Advise clients in various parts of the energy value chain.
Work as part of a project team on multiple, diverse projects. Projects may range from business strategy development, business change & transformation, stakeholder engagement, decarbonisation roadmaps, energy system analyses and optimisation, offshore wind and infrastructure development, hydrogen production and infrastructure, electricity & energy markets analysis.
Perform industry research, synthesise data into clear analyses and provide fact-based recommendations and solutions.
Engage internal and external stakeholders, presenting to your project team and clients.
Drafting reports, presenting, facilitating workshops.
(Help) Manage diverging groups of client stakeholders and help move along challenging processes.
Support the development of client proposals and other business development activities.

What You Will Need:
Relevant undergraduate or Master’s degree (e.g. business administration, , economics, physical & energy sciences, political sciences, law, geography, spatial planning, etc.)
0-2 years of working experience in related fields.
A strong curiosity, or experience, in change or business strategy, stakeholder management, process improvement or performance improvement.
A demonstrable interest or experience in relevant industry topic such as: sustainability , renewable energy, electricity generation, transmission and distribution, natural gas transmission and distribution, energy markets.
Experienced with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with other analytics and communication tools a plus.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
No restrictions to work in Netherlands.
As a global company we work with clients primarily in English; ability to communicate in Dutch (spoken) would be greatly beneficial.
