In this role, you’ll directly impact our ability to deliver value, efficiency, and innovation through strategic lease renewals and portfolio management.

This is a unique opportunity to lead complex lease negotiations, drive value for the business, and influence decisions at the highest levels—all while working with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What you'll do...

• Negotiate lease renewals and portfolio-wide agreements with landlords
• Analyze and model NPV for multiple deal structures
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and project management teams
• Present recommendations to executive leadership
• Travel to sites to assess renewal opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in complex lease negotiations and real estate portfolio management
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including NPV analysis
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Willingness to travel as needed

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area
OR 5 years’ experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area.
2 years’ experience in property management.
