Our analytic solutions bridge content, data, and analytics to help business, people, and society become stronger, more resilient, and sustainable.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Conduct sanctions checks as required utilizing the Verisk Analytics sanctions check tool</li><li>Assist with implementation and monitoring of all Bribery &amp; Corruption programs including responsibility for developing/updating the ABC risk assessment and third-party due diligence focusing on use of agents and government owned entities</li><li>Conduct compliance monitoring activities to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and Verisk Analytics and Business Unit policies and procedures</li><li>Assist with the development and implementation international compliance risk assessments</li><li>Conduct contract reviews as it relates to data use rights.  Support data use review process, ensuring that existing data processes are in line with contractual terms</li><li>Review data provider contracts and document contractual data use terms, as well as applicable, non-standard security or privacy terms</li><li>Assist in the development of Oversight and Monitoring policies and procedures</li><li>Prepare and deliver compliance testing reports and workpapers that clearly present the results of testing and call out material findings and recommendations</li><li>Provide support and conduct investigations to complete for suspected or actual compliance incidents</li><li>Work closely with Verisk Analytics Law Department on all international compliance matters as needed</li><li>Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in compliance field or equivalent, with demonstrated ability in international compliance, regulatory, risk management, government relations, and/or compliance auditing and monitoring,  preferably at a large, global organization,</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Accredited or equivalent professional qualification(s) in privacy, data protection, anti-bribery &amp; corruption and sanctions, and export control</li><li>Strong understanding of data governance practices</li><li>Understanding of data classification processes and standards</li><li>Strong understanding of Information Security standards and best practices</li><li>Familiarity with privacy regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, GRC Tool experience a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across all Business Units</li><li>Strong written and verbal skills </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>In 2022, Verisk received Great Place to Work® Certification for our outstanding workplace culture for the sixth year in a row and second-time certification in the UK, Spain, and India.
