About the role
<h2><strong>The team you’ll be joining</strong></h2>
<p>Reporting to our Senior HR Advisory Manager - Tech & Product, you’ll join a team of 4 HRBPs partnering with our Global Tech & Product organisation. You will particularly focus on half of the Tech org (350 people). </p>
<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<p>As a <strong>Senior HRBP Lead</strong>, you’ll be the go-to People advisor for VPs and Directors, supporting Doctolib in a phase of strong growth and ambitious transformation. Your mission: turn strategy into human and organizational impact. </p>
<p>In this role, you will partner closely with our Tech leaders as we invest in AI and Research. You’ll help leaders set the right performance bar, strengthen engagement, reduce attrition in competitive talent markets, and design resilient orgs at global scale.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic People Partner:</strong> Advise VPs/Directors on all HR topics from team structuring to performance management; coach leaders through organizational transformation and ambiguity while driving change management initiatives</li>
<li><strong>Build data-driven HR roadmaps</strong>: Co-create strategic HR plans with leadership, leveraging analytics and KPIs (performance distribution, attrition, engagement) to deliver actionable insights and track outcomes with clear OKRs</li>
<li><strong>Lead talent and performance excellence</strong>: Run end-to-end HR cycles (performance, talent reviews, compensation) with rigorous calibration; design development, retention, and succession plans that raise the bar across the organization</li>
<li><strong>Handle complex people matters</strong>: Navigate challenging individual cases with Legal support, ensuring compliance while maintaining business agility and fairness</li>
<li><strong>Bridge business and global People programs</strong>: Ensure seamless alignment between local business needs and global People initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional partners (TA, L&D, C&B, Legal) to deliver integrated solutions</li>

<li>Are <strong>fluent in English and French</strong> to work effectively in our international environment. </li>
<li>Have <strong>8+ years of HRBP experience</strong> in transformation or scale-up environments, partnering at VP/Director level, with good command of <strong>French employment law </strong></li>
<li>Possess excellent <strong>influence and communication skills</strong>: you can coach and challenge managers, build genuine partnerships beyond just policy application</li>
<li>Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong <strong>change management skills and ability to lead complex projects</strong> across multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrate <strong>strong business acumen</strong>: you balance compliance with business agility, roll up your sleeves to support the business, and gain stakeholder trust through strategic HR partnership</li>
<li>Are able to <strong>use data and KPIs</strong> to shape HR roadmaps and engage leadership</li>
</ul>
