Commercial Analytics Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics will be responsible for designing and executing insight-driven analytics to inform decision making, drive business performance, and support the launch of new services. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of Commercial Strategy and will oversee the smooth run of the operation such as, budget, policies and processes that will support the organization’s growth ambition.

Responsibilities

• Create key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of both sales department and individual performance.
• Lead a team of analysts to produce measurements and models to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial teams.
• Design and introduce proper CRM system and processes to improve commercial efficiency (customer segmentation, territory management etc.)
• Manage the full cycle of analytics projects: prioritize projects, interpret results, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Design processes to effectively monitor and manage workload across multiple teams.
• Ensure processes are documented and contingency plans are in place to ensure continuity and ability to meet internal and external expectations.
• Drive development of data availability for the commercial teams and functions to support in meeting the growth targets.
• Serve as a Subject Mater Expert (SME) on analytic models’ implementation followed by accurate reporting.
• Management of target allocation and relevant bonus schemes implementation
• Design and execute basic and complex models (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive) to provide insights and recommendations that drive business behavior.

Requirements

• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to turn data into information/insights and solve complex problems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, managerial and project management skills.
• Proven experience in developing data models into business applications (e.g simulation, optimization).
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward manner using precise language, especially to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in managing multiple deadlines under tight timelines with multiple priorities.
• Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Information systems, Mathematics or Marketing.
• Master's degree in Business administration, Information systems and/or Analytics.
• Good technical knowledge of databases such as Teradata, MS SQL Server, Azure, MS Access, Power BI etc.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient user of MS Office; proficiency in Excel is required
