Our Finance Transformation team based in Amsterdam is looking for you!
The Finance Transformation Manager will lead and manage technology-driven finance transformation projects, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring data integrity and enhancing insights availability for West & East Emerging Markets local businesses.
This role involves overseeing the implementation of ERP systems and finance capabilities tools, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
The Finance Transformation Manager will also provide training and support to finance team members across EAST on new tools capabilities, monitor and ensure projects implementation and partner with teams on a global and local level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage technology-driven finance transformation projects to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Country Finance teams, Global Finance Transformation teams and Technology teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of key transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and validation from business owners.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management.
- Partner with Global team to develop and implement the roadmap of Finance Transformation
- Provide and coordinate training to finance team members on new tools capabilities and systems.
Skills
- +5 year of Experience in Finance with a focus on technology-driven transformation or process improvement.
- Bachelor / master’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Business Administration.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering successful Finance Transformation Initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and influence change across the organization.
- Knowledge of agile methodology, programming language, experience with process mapping or strong acumen with data visualization and preparation tools (e.g. Power BI/Suite, Tableau, Snowflake).
