Created in Lyon in 2016 by French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 550 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). GP Bullhound has ranked us as the next most likely unicorn in Europe.

We started with 5 employees and aim to grow to nearly 100 Agicapians by 2025. This hub is crucial for leading Agicap's growth journey, and we encourage all Agicapians to share their ideas on how we can make it a success.

🎯 Your Mission :
As a Team Lead in the Business Integrations team, you will be responsible for managing a group of specialists who deliver Agicap integrations with ERPs and accounting systems. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving high-quality delivery, fostering team performance, and supporting the scale-up of our integration operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high delivery standards, improving internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a mid-level entry position ideal for someone stepping into their first formal leadership role or building on prior team coordination experience.
∙ Lead and support a team of Business Integration specialists to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of ERP/accounting integrations across multiple markets.∙ Define team priorities and assign tasks based on pipeline urgency, technical complexity, and available capacity.∙ Hold regular team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, backlog grooming, pipeline reviews) and 1:1s to drive performance, delivery ownership, and accountability.∙ Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, supporting the team in troubleshooting complex integration, data mapping, or compliance issues.∙ Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify and escalate blockers, resource constraints, or delivery risks to the Head of CST.∙ Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical documentation is created and maintained, including ERP mapping sheets, configuration notes, and delivery tracking artifacts.∙ Provide structured, regular updates to stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Onboarding, Care, Product), ensuring alignment on delivery timelines and client expectations.∙ Promote continuous improvement by sharing feedback, contributing to process and tooling enhancements, and coaching the team on best practices.∙ Support onboarding and upskilling of new team members to ensure fast ramp-up and integration into delivery workflows.∙ Uphold delivery standards, process adherence, and regulatory compliance across all assigned integration work.

⭐️ What we are looking for :
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Data or any other related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
