Sr Product Manager

XOPS is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing the way businesses operate with our innovative enterprise SaaS product suite.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company and driving product adoption and success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a specific product or group of products within the suite.
• Conduct rigorous user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize product features, backlog, and development roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success) to bring products to market.
• Develop and present product documentation, user stories, and specifications.
• Track and measure product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Identify and implement product monetization strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Advocate for the user voice and champion a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• Strong understanding of user research, data analysis, and product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the [target industry] and its pain points.
