You will support the overall management of a contract providing 24x7x365 network, cyber and cloud services to a government customer. Your success will be measured through fulfilling responsibilities including program planning, delivery, contract administration, managing customer relationships, financial performance, technical, personnel management (including building a high performing team), and administrative matters of a large contract vehicle and various task orders.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a key leader and program representative, engaging with senior customer officials and senior leaders on all aspects of program performance
  • Manage, direct, and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery of top-quality services to meet or exceed contract service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support management of program, financials, and related program performance reviews
  • Develop and implement long-term IT roadmaps and strategy, and monitors alignment of tactical activities.
  • Performs risk management, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating and escalating risks and issues
  • Available to support the customer during ad hoc and after-hours emergencies in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Developing technical and management solutions in support of contract vehicle or task order proposal response

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or cybersecurity
  • A minimum of (5) five years of experience managing technical delivery in IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity programs of increasing complexity
  • Proven, successful delivery of enterprise level support on large (100+ personnel) enterprise IT, cybersecurity, NOC, SOC, or similar program(s)
  • Demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cybersecurity and network issues, recommend plans of action, and manage Contractor teams supporting resolution of these issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Hold a current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time 
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel 
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer 
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
