Job Description:The Multidisciplinary Diagnostic and Training Program (MDTP) is a Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources (FDLRS) specialized multidisciplinary university center at the University of Florida in the College of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics funded by the Florida Department of Education.
The MDTP team has an opening for an Office Assistant. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with client scheduling, appointment, and check-in
- Coordinating records retention, scanning, and filing
- Processing incoming client records and referrals
- Assisting with inventory tracking
Graduate-level student with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail who is looking to enter the workforce and get be hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary office setting.
Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to work independently, interact professionally, and effective writing and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
- Personable with great verbal and written communication

Applicants must be a University of Florida admitted, degree-seeking student with a minimum 2.0 GPA and registered at least half-time. Registered students are employed on a part-time basis, up to 20-30 hours per week.
