This role is a Senior Product Manager who balances business, technology and design priorities to drive the integration of LightStream's world-class borrowing customer experience. The Product Manager will work as a broad utility player across DCXM to drive the successful integration of LightStream, working wtih business leaders, SMEs, product managers, program managers and other key partners to manage key bodies of work, facilitate decision making and problem solve along the way in a highly technology driven business.The Senior Product Manager is a thought leader amongst their team. Influences and leads large-scale initiatives. Moves programs forward in ambiguous conditions/context, facilitating and driving problem solving with material impact. In this position, the person must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, and working with delivery teams for development).
Taking a holistic perspective, this position collaboratively drives defining the DCXM vision and experience across DCXM within the DCSM ecosystem.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research, analyze, and learn about a target client segment, to garner a deep understanding of their segment and that segment’s financial needs.
2. Be an expert with respect to the competition, industry trends, and changing customer needs. Demonstrate thought leadership and champion the business vision across the company.
3. Analyze the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translate analyses into sound recommendations based on data and experience.
4. Collaborate with a wide variety of partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap that supports business goals.
5. Collaborate and engage key stakeholders, including lines of business, operations, and other functional areas in the planning and execution of projects.
6. Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
7. Readily recognizes solutions and determines at what point issues require escalation to management.
8. Communicates effectively with an executive audience about program issues and status in written and verbal forums and routines.
9. Obtain partner alignment and approvals including legal, compliance, security, fraud and others as needed.
10. Partner to set Pricing and ensure billing follows all associated processes and procedures.
11. Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap, sharing analysis with partners.
12. Work with Readiness to create client and teammate facing content.
13. Risk management: Ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML) process & procedures are followed, supporting security, risk, audit, and more, and ensure action items and deadlines are met. Lead risk presentations, working with other PM and PO partners on evidence to support recommendations.
14. Attend Agile ceremonies, as applicable.
15. Mentor other Product Managers on product management practices.
16. The annual base salary for this position is $114,180 - $175,000
