About the Role

The Business Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting our management and business operations teams with various administrative tasks and operational duties. The ideal candidate will manage certain office operations, coordinate travel arrangements, create business documents, coordinate and facilitate our regional conference presence and assist with the preparation of our responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs).

About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Manage the Executive Support email distribution list by triaging and responding to requests.
• Manage administrative tasks encompassing the arrangement of meetings, calendar management, and correspondence handling.
• Facilitate travel arrangements for team members including flight booking, accommodation reservations, and transportation logistics.
• Process expense reports for members of the Executive Team.
• Develop and maintain business documents such as reports, memos, minutes of meetings, and other official correspondence.
• Maintain and update essential business operation databases and programs.
• Work in coordination with other team members on the preparation of responses to RFPs.
• Work with Sales staff on the coordination and facilitation of our presence at Regional conferences.
• Perform any other administrative or business operational tasks as instructed by your manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years related executive experience in an office setting
• Have a warm and charismatic personality
• Strong time management skills
• Works well in team driven environment
• Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Thrive when working on multiple projects or various sizes and scale
