Summary
Spire is seeking a Facilities System Administrator. This position will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the IWMS system, as well as administration and maintenance of Facilities Department software and databases. This includes AutoCAD drawings and reporting related to facilities and real estate data. The Facilities System Analyst shall act as the subject matter expert for all Computer Aided Facility Management software and data management for the Facilities Department as well as provide Workplace and Planning team support as needed for site walk throughs, AutoCAD plan updates, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrate, manage, and generate reporting in the IWMS System.
- Lead as subject matter expert for all IWMS capabilities and is the primary contact for all related activities for the system throughout all company entities. Act as project manager for IWMS System, gather and analyze data, problem solve and communicate recommendations IWMS. Ability to analyze and manipulate data for ad-hoc reporting.
- Apply data metrics that are important to client and business needs.
- Develop dashboard reporting for frequently requested Real Estate and Facilities data reports.
- Manage IWMS system development including upgrades and enhancements to the system. Monitor and track IWMS performance.
- Identify and advocate continuous process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact for IWMS vendor and end users to track and resolve technical issues as well as system enhancement requests.
- Manage the IWMS contract for compliance and accurate billing, act as liaison between company and vendor.
- Develop and train other associates on software updates and functions within the IWMS System. Meet with IWMS users on a regular basis to update preventative maintenance (PM) and Work Order Process Flows as building needs change.
- Manage and maintain accuracy of space inventory system by working directly with departments to obtain accurate data.
- Create polylines in accordance with space measurement protocols including BOMA and IFMA. Conduct regular data audits for quality assurance of data reporting.
- Create, coordinate and facilitate business processes for maintaining accurate space information.
- Participate in project meetings related to data analysis and management.
- Support planning staff, and company-wide requests with space and occupancy information by providing graphical and data reports via IWMS software.
- Support the Workplace department, manages process for payment of invoices, initiating projects in systems, for Workplace and Planning projects.
- Provide Workplace and Planning team support as needed for site walk-throughs, AutoCAD plan updates, etc.
- All other duties as assigned.
