Client Services Operations Administrator, Associate

Core Responsibilities
1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of client account transactions.
2. Provides feedback on systems, operational issues and enhancements with internal colleagues. Builds knowledge of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures to assist in developing operational solutions.
3.Identifies processing or workflow issues and trends. Contributes to reviewing department performance using basic metrics and data.
4. Builds internal partner and vendor relationships, providing status updates on issues and supports projects related to investments. Builds and communications channels.
5. Helps prepare reports on quality, volume, and other metrics. Tracks how processes and workflows are working and identifies updates needed to stay compliant.
6. Supports assigned processes and builds understanding of related policies and controls. Follows established procedures to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards.
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related work experience. Operations experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
