This role will primarily focus on retail execution while supporting broader omni-channel logistics and order management initiatives as needed.</p> <p>This individual will help manage the full retail lifecycle — from purchase order management through routing, distribution, compliance, delivery performance, chargeback mitigation, and returns. They will also own KPI tracking and performance improvement for assigned retailer partners.</p> <p>The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced retail environments, takes strong ownership, and approaches logistics with a systems- and AI-first mindset.</p> <h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <h3><strong>Retail Operations Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support end-to-end retail purchase order management across ERP and retailer portals.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI, and ship window requirements.</li> <li>Partner with 3PL and transportation providers to execute shipments On-Time, In-Full (OTIF).</li> <li>Monitor retailer scorecards, manage chargebacks and disputes, and drive corrective actions.</li> <li>Manage retail returns and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Inventory &amp; Order Management Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Maintain inventory visibility across distribution centers to support retail demand.</li> <li>Create and manage transfer orders between manufacturers and 3PLs.</li> <li>Support omni-channe
