Job Description
Global LIMS Developer
Join us and be part of our dedicated team that provides support for our Laboratories to improve efficiency, reporting and compliance while improving LIMS Platform stability and useability. This opportunity will also provide exposure to our Laboratory Transformation program, which is a multi-year, phased approach to streamline and standardize our QC labs to prepare each site to a level playing field of maturity for full digitalization which may require other code and configuration skills (e.g. Python, and scientific apps)
Responsibilities:
•Coordination of Development Resources and Activities.
•Customize, Configure and Maintain Labware LIMS per Business Requirements.
•Develop and Maintain Interfaces to Labware LIMS.
•Perform System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including translation of requirements into Design.
•Communicate with the Global LIMS Team.
•Assist with Development and User Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years making a difference in a Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics field.
•Greater than 3 Years software development experience with Labware LIMS Basic.
•Labware Administration experience with expertise in Labware concepts, including subroutines, calculations, automation scripts, and message engine.
•Certification in Labware Administration and/or Labware LIMS Basic preferable.
•Optional experience in other code or configuration software(s).
•Extensive SQL Knowledge to extract data from Labware.
•Experience in Pharma Industry and cGMP practices.
•Experience influencing, direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams.
•Good Communication Skills including fluency in English
