Job Description

Based in our office in Madrid, we will carry the following responsibilities:

• Elaboration, processing and follow-up of quotations, orders, deliveries in compliance with the established ADV procedures;
• Follow-up of payments;
• Elaboration of the prospects quotations;
• Gathering of information necessary to answer quickly to e-mails and/or customer requests;
• Support to customers and distributors;
• Support to the follow-up of the deliveries of the registered orders;
• Opening, follow-up and filing of customer files;
• Collaboration and interaction with the accounting, logistics and IT departments in the follow-up of customer files.

Qualifications

• Graduated in international trade
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, customer and team work oriented
• An experience with ERP software is mandatory (SAP for instance)
• Good level on Office suit (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent english and spanish mandatory

The job is located in Alcobendas with an hybrid remote policy.
