As a Project Manager II, you will support the Strategy Advisors and independently manage small projects or defined phases of larger initiatives. You’ll coordinate project activities, drive milestones, and ensure successful outcomes through effective planning, execution, and evaluation. This includes facilitating high-level meetings with international and C-suite participants, managing logistics and travel, preparing agendas, and providing support during key discussions.

You will conduct background research on companies, industry trends, and competitors to support mini SWOT analyses, maintain key stakeholder information, and coordinate communication across marketing, senior advisors, and documentation platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software (including Gantt chart development) are required. Experience with compliance monitoring (contracts, NDAs, legal reviews) is beneficial, and a Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. 

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of Strategy Advisors. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans.  

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 

  • Resolve problems. 

  • Completes audits and identify trends. 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience

  • OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience

  • OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience 

  • Effective relationship building skills 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)

  • Adept at managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in project management tools

  • Stakeholder management expertise
