You will lead a team of 7 highly skilled specialists dedicated to support cost improvement, data driven decisions, drying excellence, digitalisation and anchoring Line Centric Organisation at the site. </p> <p> </p> <p>The keyword in Line Centric Organisation is to create a strong focus on our operations. Our dedicated Line Centric Organisation core teams in production has a standardized way of working,  a setup of daily routines, which gives the time for observing, analyzing and conducting continuous improvements at the shop floor. </p> <p><br/> Your team has the responsibility to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform training in Line Centric Organisation way of working, LEAN and Power BI tools</li> <li>Support core teams in data setup, systems and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Secure alignment between KPI’s through the factory</li> <li>Make data available in reports for analytics and decisions</li> <li>Perform digitalization projects</li> <li>Collect and register improvements</li> <li>Act as drying specialists in production and projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Overall, your goal as the manager of the PTD team is to support optimisation of our production and lead the team with high engagement and commitment through cooperation with all other departments at Danmark Protein.  </p> <p> </p> <p>What will make you successful</p> <p>We imagine that the ideal candidate has some years of experience working in similar position and a high level of LEAN knowledge. In your leadership you are close to your direct reports and encourage to a good work life balance. Acquired skillsets such as workshop facilitation and training will be an advantage. Ideally you have worked in an production environment with international scope. You are a very skillful communicator, and you are comfortable navigating among multiple stakeholders and have a sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication to everyone involved. You thrive on showing initiative and power, and you have an enthusiastic approach to your work and surroundings.
