What you will Do:
- Provide quality internal customer service to peers by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and using professional communication that is friendly, timely and clear
- Supports in the build, deployment, and renewal update of in-house benefit administrative technology solutions
- Coordinates and prepares new case implementation submissions for the account management team
- Supports production to ensure delivery of new hire and open enrollment employee communications
- Participates in education that provides professional growth and development
- Protects confidential information based on HIPAA and other regulatory privacy laws
Qualifications
- High school degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as ability to learn new applications
- Current CA Life & Health Insurance license or ability to become licensed within first 6 months of employment
