We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources and Operations teams, while also providing executive assistance to members of our C-Suite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a passion for people and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Assist the HR team with general administrative duties including document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding logistics.
- Provide data entry, auditing, and administrative support for the company’s HRIS (Paycom).
- Maintain confidential personnel files and support compliance efforts.
- Serve as a reliable backup to the HR Generalist as needed.
Operations & Front Office Support (As Needed)
- Serve as a backup for front office coverage, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and handling general inquiries during absences or peak times.
- Provide occasional support to the Operations team with office coordination tasks such as ordering supplies, travel coordination or assisting with internal events.
- Ensure professionalism and a welcoming environment when covering the front desk or assisting with office needs.
Executive Administrative Support
- Provide executive-level support to C-Suite members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Support company-wide initiatives and communications led by executive leadership.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR or executive support capacity.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in the full functionality of Excel and Word, and experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom experience a plus).

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or similar HR certification a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude are essential.
