Job Description:

We are seeking a VA (Virtual Assistant) Business Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our business processes, automating tasks, and providing valuable data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Business Automation:

• Utilize Zapier and other automation tools to streamline and optimize business processes.

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and implement efficient solutions.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and design automation workflows to improve productivity.

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated processes to ensure reliability.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data related to plumbing services, customer interactions, and business operations.

• Develop data-driven insights and provide reports to help in making informed decisions.

• Create and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics for the company.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth based on data analysis.

Python Coding (Preferred):

• If proficient in Python, write scripts or code as needed for custom automation tasks.

• Collaborate with the technical team on projects that require coding skills.

Analytics:

• Apply analytical techniques to assess the effectiveness of various business strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in plumbing services and business analytics.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in business process automation tools, with a strong preference for experience with Zapier.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Python (preferred, not required).

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
