International Markets Development Specialist & AI-Enabled Team Support (maternity cover)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the Department of International Markets Development. This role combines executive support, project coordination, and the use of modern AI tools to enhance team efficiency and communication.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a senior leader (N‑1 level), ensuring effective calendar, priorities, and communication management
• Proactively coordinate day-to-day team activities, monitor progress of initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of key tasks
• Lead and coordinate mid-scale team projects and initiatives, particularly in marketing and communication areas
• Support preparation of management materials and presentations, including marketing and storytelling elements
• Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, both operationally and from a participant experience perspective
• Ensure smooth information flow between the leader, team members, and internal/external stakeholders
• Support marketing initiatives through coordination of campaigns, materials, and events
• Manage documentation, information flow, and basic administrative processes in a structured and compliant way
• Leverage digital tools and AI-based solutions to improve individual and team effectiveness
• Identify improvement areas and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and collaboration
• Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to a positive team experience

Our requirements:

• Experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Project Coordinator
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Interest in marketing and communication is a plus
• Openness to using AI tools and modern digital solutions in daily work
• Proactive, independent, and business-oriented mindset
• Fluent English; Russian would be an asset
