As Chief of Staff – Internationalization and Partnership (m/f/d) you play a pivotal role in supporting one of our Managing Directors and executive team, with a primary focus on developing and managing strategic partnerships and driving international expansion. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with a strong background in partnership management and international business development.

These tasks are waiting for you in our team

• In the field of Partnership Development you identify, evaluate, establish, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with technology partners, strategy consulting partners, and integration partners to drive mutual growth and success. 
• In the field of Internationalization you lead the development and execution of the company´s international expansion strategy. 
• You conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape in target regions. 
• You work closely with the managing director and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives. 
• In this function you monitor and report on the progress of key projects and initiatives and you provide insights and recommendations to optimize business operations and drive growth.
• You represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Your Data - What we are looking forward to

• You have a university degree in Business Administration, International Business, Business Informatics or a related field. 
• You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a management or strategy consultant from a leading company. When you have experience in the data management industry, it is a strong plus.
• You have proven experience in partnership management and international business development.
• You count the development of creative concepts and solutions based on pragmatic and thorough analyses among your strengths. 
• You are used to and appreciate attacking projects independently and taking responsibility for them. 
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and German and English you are fluent in business.
