Nordic Customer Acquisition Specialist- Nespresso

<p>Working at Nespresso</p> <p>As Nordic Customer Acquisition Specialist, you play a pivotal role between Trade, E-comm, Product Marketing, Communications and CRM. You will be part of the Marketing team with colleagues located in Denmark, Norway &amp; Sweden and will report the Nordic Customer Marketing Manager. We enjoy a fast-paced environment and think individual sense of responsibility and empowerment is key.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your job</p> <p>In this role you are primarily responsible for planning, implementing, and following up all Nespresso Acquisition Campaigns to maximize recruitment of new Nespresso Members. Your activations are happening across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent customer journey for prospects. Your daily tasks include: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Defining campaign objectives, mechanics, orchestration targets and KPIs in collaboration with Brand, Trade, CRM, Finance and Product teams</li> <li>Project management of customer activation campaigns mainly towards prospects, secondly toward existing members. </li> <li>Identifying brands to partner for acquisition programs and implement. </li> <li>Optimizing cross-departmental synergies and collaboration, e.g. Boutique, media, e-commerce and commercial</li> <li>Responsible for pre- and post-evaluations of campaigns.</li> <li>Presenting campaign plans &amp; results on cross-functional Nordic meetings.</li> <li>Supporting Nordic Customer Marketing Manager in developing and monitoring the local marketing budget for consumer campaigns while ensuring efficient budget allocation and follow-up.</li> <li>Implementation and management of some of our lifecycle programs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a Nordic role, and you can be located at our office in Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Oslo.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for the power of you</p> <p>We believe that you have a passion for marketing, customer relations and a track-record of successful results within campaign management. You also:</p> <ul> <li>Enjoy taking a structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to your work.</li> <li>Possess strong project management skills with ability to work independently while prioritizing your tasks.</li> <li>Enjoy challenges in a fast-moving environment and feel at ease working and influencing at a distance.</li> <li>Have a strong stakeholder management skills, enjoy collaborating across functions and have the confidence to manage a wide variety of stakeholders. </li> <li>Possess excellent communication skills, take a proactive approach in your communication style</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>To be successful in the role we expect that you have a few years of experience from marketing role with commercial mindset and proven track of successful acquisition strategy. You are also eager to explore new initiatives and not afraid of failing, testing. You have a University Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing coupled with solid project management experience.
