<h2>Your Tasks</h2> <p>As a Senior Operational Auditor at MediaMarkt Benelux, you play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal processes. As a member of the Benelux Internal Audit Team, you conduct independent audits at our locations and headquarters. Your insights and recommendations directly contribute to strengthening our governance, risk management, and internal control mechanisms, thereby supporting the achievement of our business objectives. Furthermore you:</p> <ul> <li>Audit Preparation: Develop audit letters, reference models, and work programs. Collect relevant information and conduct audits based on data from various information systems.</li> <li>Audit Execution: Conduct audits according to established work programs, identify risks and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports of findings and recommendations for management and relevant stakeholders.</li> <li>Follow-up: Ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions and conduct follow-up audits.</li> <li>Planning Management: Manage and maintain audit schedules in line with the annual audit plan and input from the Audit Manager.</li> <li>Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with international colleagues, location management, and other stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <p>You are a proactive and independent professional who enjoys improving operational processes. Your end-to-end process understanding enables you to identify risks and propose improvements.<br/> You have a higher education degree (Academic level) and an extensive of experience in Operational Auditing or a similar role.<br/> Traveling to our offices in Brussels and Rotterdam, as well as working from home or visiting our stores in the Benelux, is no problem for you.</p> <p>Furthermore you have:</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</li> <li>Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in both <b>Dutch </b>and<b> English</b></li> </ul> <p>Have you made up your mind?
