As a Product Manager at Xen, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growth by leading the development of cutting-edge financial products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the creation and improvement of products that enhance the financial well-being of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute on product vision and help develop roadmap for how to scale Xen to the next level.

• Review and maintain product strategy for the product organization. Maintain and expand metrics for product efficacy and help execute on the goals. 

• Efficiently help ship products and deliver impact for our business and customers.

• Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across Engineering, Design, and the business team.  

• Lead, refine and manage the agile sprint process to deliver key roadmap and features. 

• Analyze customer and market feedback to iterate on product development..

Qualifications 

• Product experience: 6+ years in Product Management at a technology company or similar experience. Proven track record of launching new products from 0 to 1. 

  • Fintech experience is a plus.

• Team-first: The team comes first and you have proven experience working well with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.

• Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects

• Doer: Eagerness to GSD without politics. Focused on continuous learning and improvement. 

• Product Obsessed: Has a knack for quality and an eye for design. Willingness to learn and adapt to a high paced environment.

• Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
