Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance worker to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs, collect garbage 

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs
