Are you organized, professional, and eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of our plant operations? We're seeking a Plant Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly address all correspondence and inquiries, ensuring efficient communication within our community. You'll assist in billing, coding, and administrative processes, aiding in accurate record-keeping, tracking and managing all work orders, invoices and credit card purchases.

PLANT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTSANT/OFFICE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of general office administrative experience in a professional business environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Must have knowledge of basic Plant Operations functions.
• A minimum of 2 years of Plant Operations experience is preferred.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
