What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors, managing access procedures, and following site-specific policies for a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, badges, deliveries, and incoming communications to help support security-related operations and/or front desk coverage.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Assist with access control functions by verifying identification, directing guests to the proper destination, and documenting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related incidents.
• Support daily front desk operations by maintaining a professional presence, answering phones, providing directions, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent observation and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
