Our Global Logistics and Distribution business unit provides comprehensive logistics services and warehousing solutions utilizing a global network of distribution centers, innovative technology and supply chain expertise to manage the flow of goods from receiving to storage and order processing to shipment.
Job Summary:
The Global Capacity Management Specialist supports international shipment activities in the Capacity Management Center (CMC). This position supports and coordinates the movement of Small Package Worldwide Express Freight, Three Day Select, Postal, Freight Forwarding and Air Cargo products. He/She supports the booking, tracking, and claims processing for Air Cargo. The Global Capacity Management Specialist checks cargo space availability, responds to customer service issues, and evaluates customer contact performance.
Qualifications:
Freight, Cargo or USPS knowledge - Preferred.
Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job - Required

Schedule/typical working hours: Friday-Monday 14:00-00:30
