About the role

<h2><b><span>Introduction to the job</span></b></h2><p>Would you enjoy working in the supply chain area and managing stakeholders on a daily basis? Do you have an operational attitude, and can you cope with pressure of ensuring that KPIs are met in terms of material availability? Then we have an excellent opportunity for you to grow in the ASML Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) department, developing both your Supply Chain Management, communication and entrepreneurial skills.</p><h2><br/><br/><b><span>Role and responsibilities</span></b></h2><p>Ensure material availability for our end customers by supporting the department on operational activities. You will be responsible and accountable for these activities related to the portfolio of materials (parts or tools) within the Central Fulfillment Management (CFM) department of CSCM.</p><ul><li><p>You will work together in a team within the Central Fulfillment Management department to meet the defined operational targets on KPIs (e.g. Fill-rate and Restricted stock).</p></li><li><p>You will follow-up on forward and reverse flow activities.</p></li><li><p>You will work closely with the escalation channels to ensure monitor and management of critical materials.</p></li><li><p>You will prepare reports to support the escalation channels.</p></li><li><p>You will work closely with 3PL, resolve operational issues to ensure there is no delay on in/outbound flow.</p></li><li><p>You will be able to initiate operational improvements and deploy them within the CFM department for approximately 10% of your time.</p></li><li><p>You will work 3 days in the office at ASML Veldhoven and 2 days from home.</p></li></ul><h2><br/><br/><b><span>Education and experience</span></b></h2><ul><li><p>Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (preferable in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering domain).</p></li><li><p>0-4 years relevant experience in a large international company (industry or consultancy), ideally Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Procurement.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of supply chain management processes with focus on planning.</p></li><li><p>Experience with an ERP system (ideally SAP) and Excel.</p></li><li><p>Capable of resolving operational issues with various stakeholders independently.</p></li></ul><h2><br/><br/><b><span>Skills</span></b></h2><ul><li><p>Strong analytical skills with helicopter view on processes.</p></li><li><p>Pro-active and “can do” mentality in a complex environment; Result driven, even when obstacles arise.</p></li><li><p>Ability to deal with pressure and changing requirements; Ability to plan and set priorities.</p></li><li><p>Change management competencies.</p></li><li><p>Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Professional communication in English.</p></li><li><p>Have a drive to continuously improve on processes.</p></li></ul><h2><br/><br/><b><span>Other information</span></b></h2><p>The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers.</p><p></p><p></p><p><i>This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the</i> <i><span>United States</span></i> <i>Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
