<h2><strong>Your role</strong></h2> <p>You enjoy working with data just as much as being present on the shop floor?<br>You want to turn insights into real operational impact? Then this might be the perfect role for you.</p> <p>In this highly project-driven position, you will focus on improving key operational KPIs across production – especially around Error Rate, Minutes per Box, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll combine hands-on operational presence with data-driven decision-making to create measurable change.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support and lead Yellow and Green Belt projects within a production environment to improve operational KPIs.</li> <li>Identify improvement opportunities across production processes and implement sustainable solutions together with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Drive change initiatives related to new processes, technologies, and systems to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.</li> <li>Analyse operational data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL and translate insights into actionable business decisions.</li> <li><strong>Low-Code/No-Code Platforms:</strong> applications with PowerApps, AppSheet, or similar tools to bridge the gap between "data insight" and "on-floor tool."&nbsp;</li> <li>Be actively present on the shop floor, engage with teams directly, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Document process improvements, best practices, and project outcomes in a structured and transparent way.</li> <li>Drive standards and expectations in line with standard work and operational excellence principles.</li> <li>Provide training and support on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques. (Lean, Six Sigma)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A degree in <strong>Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations</strong>.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years in a manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment environment</li> <li>Proven experience contributing to or leading improvement and operational excellence projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong practical experience in Lean Methodology &amp; its tools</li> <li>Strong knowledge in AI tools and modern digital solutions</li> <li>Passion for combining data analysis with hands-on operational work</li> <li>Strong analytical and prioritisation skills with a KPI-driven mindset</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, Tableau, or SQL</li> <li>Strong communication skills and an extroverted perso
