Job purpose
Responsible for establishing financial procedures and policies. Conducts the relationship with institutions and the financial community. Responsible for evaluating the unit's operating results in terms of costs, budgets and trends. Oversee the maintenance of tax records and preparation of financial reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop, analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information in order to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters related to the fiscal soundness and operational effectiveness of the plant.
- Prepare budgets: annual and general of the company.
- Prepare economic reports to the group's headquarters.
- Function as a source of knowledge about details and mechanics of financial systems.
- Responsible for economic feasibility studies.
- Responsible for evaluating the finance department and overseeing internal audit cost accounting and budget controls.
- Coordinate accounting closings: monthly and annual.
- Directing internal controls in financial reporting and management activities.
- Certify to support all activities involving the annual audit carried out by external auditors.
- Manage general ledger activity and allocates among the various corporate entities.
- Responsible for the development of employees to increase the level of talent for the company.
- Establish continuous improvement plans that lead to a more efficient organization
- Facilitate efficient and open communication within the department and with the rest of the organization's departments.
- Ensure respect and compliance with the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace.
