Job Description

Operation Level I (Production) leads a team of operators in the efficient and quality driven packaging of clinical trial materials.

Qualifications

• Takes a leadership role in the packaging rooms
• Assigns operators to work stations and oversees their work
• Issues and reconciles clinical trial materials
• Completes batch documentation in accordance with good documentation practices
• Adheres to all approved standard operating procedures
• Completes all required inventory transactions in the ERP system
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Cross trains as required
• Trains operators and staff assigned to packaging room
• Stays up to date on SOP training
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Completes all required log books
• Performs room cleans when required
• Keeps open line of communication with management team
• Takes part in process improvement
• Trains new packaging specialist
• Performs any other assigned tasks as required

• Proven work experience, preferably in a GMP area
• Proficiency in Microsoft word, and experience with ERP preferable
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to list objects up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in cold conditions when required
