Senior Manager, Marketing Operations
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at Dickies looks a little like this.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing and creative workflows, optimizing processes, overseeing project budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing technology solutions to streamline creative production, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time while maintaining high quality standards across all creative deliverables. This position reports to the VP of Global Brand Marketing.

Workflow optimization: Design and implement streamlined workflows to improve efficiency across the global marketing and creative teams.
Project management: Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple creative projects, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of creative operations professionals, including project managers, coordinators, and production specialists.
Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including creative leads, marketing teams, and senior management, to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Technology implementation: Identifying and implementing new creative operations tools and software to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Vendor management: Overseeing relationships with external creative vendors, managing contracts, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Reporting and analytics: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative operations and identify areas for improvement.
